Hi, I'm Kieran, the founder of ElectrolytesFX.

I'm not a big supplement brand. I'm just one person who got fed up with electrolyte products that didn't work.

Let me explain.

I train at the gym a few times a week, I run, and full transparency I enjoy a night out as much as the next person. The morning after those nights out is where this whole thing really started. I'd wake up feeling like I'd been wrung out like a wet cloth, reach for whatever electrolyte drink was in the cupboard, knock it back expecting some kind of miracle, and feel... nothing. Maybe a slightly fruity aftertaste. That was it.

So I tried a different one. Then another. Then about fifteen more over the course of a couple of years.

Some were packed with so much sugar they made me feel worse. Some tasted like a melted lolly and had the nutritional value to match. Some had ingredient lists that looked impressive until you checked the actual doses and realised there was barely enough of anything to do anything at all. It started to feel like the whole industry had agreed, quietly, not to put enough of the good stuff in so you'd have to buy more.

I'm not a scientist. I'm not a doctor. I'm just someone who got genuinely annoyed and decided to do something about it.

I spent a long time looking into what your body actually needs when it's dehydrated, what forms of each mineral absorb best, and what doses make a real difference rather than just looking good on a label. Then I built a formula around that. Proper amounts of Sodium, Potassium and Magnesium. 500mg of Vitamin C. A full B vitamin complex including B5 at nearly 800% of your daily reference value, because that one genuinely matters for energy and most products barely touch it. No sugar. No artificial sweeteners. No artificial colours. Nothing in there that earns its place by making the sachet cheaper to produce.

The result is ElectrolytesFX. It works for my gym sessions, it works on long runs, and it absolutely works the morning after a night out. That last use case alone has made it worth every late night I spent figuring this out.

We are a small, family run business. There is no slick head office, no team of marketing people, no celebrity ambassador doing a post they definitely wrote themselves. It is us, working hard, packing orders, answering emails, and trying to build something that actually deserves to be on your shelf.
