Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped from the UK mainland. 
Working days are Monday - Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. 

All orders over £30 for the UK Mainland will be sent FREE by Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked service. You will receive a tracking number once a shipping label has been created.

All orders under £30 for the UK Mainland, you will have a choice of Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked service or Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked service. You will receive a tracking number once a shipping label has been created. The cost is displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked delivery method will be dispatched the same day if ordered before 16:00 Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed after 16:00 Monday to Friday may will be dispatched the next working day. 

Dispatch times

Orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 4pm or on weekends or bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.

Delivery times

Most UK orders arrive within 1 to 3 working days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur during busy periods or due to carrier issues outside our control.

Tracking

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been sent. Use the tracking link provided to follow your delivery.

Delivery address

It is your responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address at the time of ordering. We cannot be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at electrolytesfx@gmail.com and we will do our best to amend it before dispatch.

Failed deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. A redelivery charge may apply.

Missing orders

If your order has not arrived within 5 working days of your dispatch confirmation, contact us at electrolytesfx@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
