1. About these terms

These terms apply to all purchases made through electrolytesfx.com. They do not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law. Where there is a conflict between these terms and your legal rights, your legal rights will take precedence.

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and are resident in the United Kingdom. You confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Products

All products sold on this website are food supplements. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and healthy lifestyle.

Product images and descriptions are for illustrative purposes only. We make every effort to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee that the colour or appearance of products will exactly match what is displayed on your screen due to differences in display settings.

We reserve the right to change, withdraw or discontinue any product at any time without notice.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT at the current applicable rate. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price you pay is the price displayed at the time you place your order.

Payment is taken at the time of ordering. We use secure third-party payment processors and do not store your card details on our servers. By providing payment details you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

If a pricing error occurs on the website, we are not obliged to honour that price and will contact you to inform you before processing your order.

5. Orders and contract

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract between you and 10 Fast Feet Ltd is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where payment has not cleared, the product is out of stock, or we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund.

6. Delivery

Please see our Shipping Policy for full details of dispatch times and delivery. Delivery timescales are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, extreme weather or industrial action, provided we have taken reasonable steps to minimise the impact of such events.

7. Consumer cancellation rights

If you are a consumer purchasing online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2014. Please see our Returns and Refund Policy for how to exercise this right.

8. Faulty goods and consumer rights

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these terms. If goods are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a remedy under that Act.

9. Health and safety

Do not exceed the recommended daily intake stated on the product. Keep out of reach of children. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have any medical condition, consult a qualified healthcare professional before use. Stop use and seek medical advice if you experience any adverse reaction.

ElectrolytesFX products are food supplements and are regulated as food products under UK food law. They are not regulated medicines.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 10 Fast Feet Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our products or website, including loss of profits, loss of data or business interruption.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

Where our liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the total value of the order giving rise to the claim.
