What does it actually do?
It replaces the electrolytes and vitamins your body loses through sweat, dehydration and daily activity. The main effect most people notice is feeling more alert and less sluggish, particularly in the morning or after exercise.
How do I use it?
Tear open one sachet, pour it into a glass and add water. 350ml gives a stronger flavour, 500ml is lighter. Drink it straight away once mixed. Do not leave it sitting.
How many can I take per day?
Up to 3 sachets in any 24-hour period.
Can I use it every day?
Yes. It is designed for daily use.
Is it really sugar-free?
No sugar, no artificial sweeteners, no artificial colours, no artificial flavours. It is sweetened with Xylitol and Erythritol, which are natural plant-based sweeteners.
Is it vegan?
Yes. All flavours are vegan and gluten-free.
Can I use it before the gym?
Yes, it works well before, during or after exercise to help with hydration, endurance and recovery.
What about after drinking alcohol?
It is one of the most common uses. Mix a sachet before bed or first thing in the morning. Alcohol is a diuretic and strips electrolytes fast, which is a big part of why you feel rough the next day.
Is it safe to use if I am on medication or have a health condition?
If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have any medical condition, speak to a doctor before using it. It is a food supplement, not a medicine.
Why does it contain Dextrose Monohydrate if it is sugar-free?
Dextrose is a fast-absorbing glucose used in small amounts to help transport electrolytes into your cells more efficiently. At 200mg per sachet it has no meaningful effect on blood sugar. It is a functional ingredient, not a sweetener.
How is it different from sports drinks like Lucozade or Powerade?
Those drinks are high in sugar and calories. The electrolyte content is usually low relative to the sugar content. Each sachet here gives you a proper dose of electrolytes and vitamins with no sugar, no artificial additives and a lot fewer calories.
Does it contain caffeine?
No. The Energy flavour gets its name from the taste profile, not from caffeine or stimulants.
How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day and typically arrive within 1 to 3 working days.
Can I return it if I am not happy?
Yes. You have 30 days from receiving your order to return it. Email electrolytesfx@gmail.com with your order number and we will sort it out.
What flavours are available?
Watermelon, Energy, Pink Apple, Tropical Berry and a Mixed Pack if you want to try them all before committing to one.
What is the difference between the flavours?
The formula is the same across all flavours. The only difference is the taste. Energy has a classic energy drink flavour without the caffeine. Watermelon is the most refreshing. Pink Apple is the lightest and works well first thing in the morning. Tropical Berry is the boldest.
When will I feel it working?
Most people notice something within 20 to 30 minutes of drinking it. How quickly it works depends on how dehydrated you were to start with. If you are very dehydrated, use 350ml of water for faster absorption.
Can children use it?
No. This product is for adults only. Keep out of reach of children.
Can I use it if I am following a keto diet?
Yes. It is sugar-free and contains minimal carbohydrates. The small amount of Dextrose Monohydrate (200mg) is functional rather than dietary.
Can I mix it with anything other than water?
We recommend water only. Mixing with juice, fizzy drinks or alcohol changes the absorption rate and defeats the point.
Does it dissolve properly?
Yes. It dissolves quickly in still water. Give it a stir for a few seconds and it is ready.
What is MSM?
MSM stands for methylsulfonylmethane. It is a naturally occurring sulphur compound found in plants, animals and humans. It is included in the formula to support joint comfort and recovery, which makes it useful after training or physical activity.
Why is Vitamin B5 so high at 783% NRV?
The NRV for B5 is set quite low. B5 is water-soluble, meaning your body uses what it needs and excretes the rest. Higher levels are used to properly support energy metabolism and adrenal function, particularly when you are stressed, sleep deprived or recovering from exercise. There is no established upper limit for B5 in the UK.
Is it safe to take long term?
Yes, it is designed for daily use. All ingredients are within safe levels for regular consumption. Do not exceed 3 sachets per day.
Can I use it to help with weight loss?
It is not a weight loss product. It will not burn fat or suppress appetite. What it does do is keep your energy levels and hydration in better shape, which can make it easier to stay active and avoid energy crashes that lead to poor food choices.
How long does one box last?
Each box contains 12 sachets. At one sachet per day that is 12 days. At three per day it is 4 days.
What is the shelf life?
Best before is printed on the box and The date is printed on each individual sachet. Do not use if the sachet is damaged or past the date.
How should I store it?
Keep it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Do not store in the fridge.
Do you offer a subscription?
Not yet. You can order as many boxes as you need at checkout. We are working on a subscription option.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
Email electrolytesfx@gmail.com with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement out as quickly as possible.
