Rehydration
Water on its own does not rehydrate you as fast as water with electrolytes. Sodium, potassium and magnesium help your body actually absorb and retain fluid rather than just passing it through. Mix one sachet with 350ml of water if you need it to work fast, or 500ml for a lighter drink.
Energy and focus
The B vitamins in each sachet, particularly B5 at 783% NRV, support your body's ability to produce energy from food. Dehydration reduces focus and reaction time before you even feel thirsty. Getting your electrolytes right often helps more than another coffee.
Recovery
After training, your muscles need electrolytes to function and repair. Magnesium in particular is involved in muscle relaxation, which is why low magnesium shows up as cramping and tightness. MSM supports joint and tissue recovery.
Immune support
500mg of Vitamin C per sachet. That is a proper daily dose, not a trace amount. Vitamin C supports normal immune function and works as an antioxidant.
When to use it
In the morning before anything else. Before or during exercise. After training. During hot weather or on long-haul flights. After drinking alcohol, the night before or the morning after.
