Your right to cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014)

If you purchased online, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving it without giving a reason. This is your statutory cancellation right under UK law.

To exercise this right, notify us within 30 days of receiving your order by emailing electrolytesfx@gmail.com with your name, order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You then have a further 30 days to return the goods to us.

We will refund the cost of the goods and standard delivery within 5 days of receiving the returned items, or within 5 days of you providing proof of return, whichever is earlier. We will process the refund to your original payment method.

Return postage costs for cancellations under this right are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Our 30-day satisfaction policy

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 30-day returns window from the date you receive your order. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days at electrolytesfx@gmail.com and we will arrange a return and refund.

Faulty or incorrect goods (Consumer Rights Act 2015)

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or is not as described, you have the right to a full refund, repair or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Contact us immediately at electrolytesfx@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will not ask you to return the goods at your own expense in these circumstances.

Food supplement returns

For hygiene and food safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of opened food supplement products unless the item is faulty, unsafe, or not as described. Sealed, unopened products can be returned within the 30-day window described above.

Refund timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 working days to your original payment method. If you have not received your refund after 10 working days, contact us and we will investigate.

How to return an item

Email electrolytesfx@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will confirm the return address and next steps. We recommend using a tracked delivery service for returns as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
