Our Formula

Our formula

Most electrolyte products contain a bit of sodium, a bit of potassium, and not much else. We put more thought into it than that.

Every ingredient in here has a reason for being there. The doses matter. The forms matter. Here is what is in each sachet and why.

Per 8g sachet
Amount % NRV
Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid) 500mg 625%

Vitamin B5 (Calcium D Pantothenate) 47mg 783%
Vitamin B12 2.5mcg 100%

NRV = Nutrient Reference Value. Based on daily intake for adults (2000 kcal diet).

Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid) — 500mg, 625% NRV

500mg is a proper dose. Most drinks put in a token amount so they can list it on the label. Vitamin C supports your immune system, helps your body absorb iron, and works as an antioxidant to protect your cells. When you sweat, you lose more than just water.

Vitamin B1 (Thiamine Mononitrate) — 0.6mg, 50% NRV

B1 helps your body convert food into energy. It supports normal heart function and nerve activity. Not a headline ingredient, but your body notices when it is low.

Vitamin B3 (Nicotinamide) — 24mg, 150% NRV

B3 is involved in energy metabolism and helps reduce tiredness. It also supports normal skin and nerve function.

Vitamin B5 (Calcium D Pantothenate) — 47mg, 783% NRV

This is the one people do not talk about enough. B5 at this level genuinely helps with energy production and reduces fatigue. It supports your adrenal glands, which take a hit when you are stressed, sleep deprived or dehydrated.

Vitamin B12 — 2.5mcg, 100% NRV

B12 supports normal red blood cell formation and helps reduce tiredness. Most people get enough from food, but if you train hard, drink regularly or follow a plant-based diet, your levels can drop.

Folic Acid — 200mcg, 100% NRV

Folic acid supports normal blood formation and helps reduce fatigue. It works alongside B12 in the same processes.

Magnesium (as Magnesium Citrate) — 150mg, 40% NRV

Magnesium Citrate is one of the better-absorbed forms of magnesium. Magnesium is involved in over 300 processes in the body, including muscle contraction, nerve signalling and energy production. Low magnesium is one of the most common causes of muscle cramps, poor sleep and fatigue.

Potassium (as Potassium Chloride) — 300mg, 15% NRV

Potassium works with sodium to regulate fluid balance inside and outside your cells. It supports normal muscle function and helps your heart maintain a regular rhythm. You lose a lot of potassium when you sweat.

Sodium (as Sodium Chloride) — 300mg, 15% NRV

Sodium is the main electrolyte lost through sweat. Without enough of it, water just passes through you rather than being absorbed. That is why drinking plain water when you are very dehydrated does not always work — you need sodium to pull the water into your cells.

Dextrose Monohydrate — 200mg

A small amount of fast-absorbing glucose helps transport electrolytes into your cells more efficiently. It is not there to sweeten the drink. At 200mg it has no meaningful effect on blood sugar.

MSM (as MSM Trisodium Citrate) — 400mg

MSM is a naturally occurring sulphur compound. It is included to support joint health and recovery, particularly useful after training or physical activity.

Trisodium Citrate — 400mg

Acts as a pH buffer and helps the formula absorb more effectively.

Xylitol and Erythritol

Natural sweeteners used instead of sugar or artificial sweeteners. Both are well-tolerated and have minimal effect on blood sugar.

Sodium Citrate, Citric Acid

These regulate acidity in the drink, keep the flavour balanced and help with stability.

Pectin, Water, Natural Flavours, Natural Colours

Pectin is a natural plant-based thickener. Natural flavours and colours only.
